Julie helped us to sell our house and we are now working with her to find a house. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is very quick to respond, super thorough and always comes prepared. We had so many questions for her as it was the first time that I sold a house  and Julie was very patient and quick to help educate me on things that I didn't understand. On the flip side, this is the 3rd time buying a house and she has been great at listening to me and my husband and helping us to find properties that work for both of us. We are very happy with the service and support that Julie provides and we will be using her for all our real-estate needs moving forward!

We highly , highly recommend Julie Roback as a realtor. She beautifully coordinated an excellent marketing and networking campaign, executed gorgeous photography of our house, and managed to get two offers in less than a week of listing....and all during the difficult holiday season real estate slowdown period! She also provided great advice as to how to make the house more presentable and to fix things that may bother buyers. We were working through my employer's relocation company, and Julie was very experienced in coordinating with them. Everything was seamless, and she used a convenient mobile app (Showing Time) to coordinate showings and consents. Julie does not mess around, and she hit the ground running from the moment we signed her. Julie, thank you for everything - you are the best

We were very pleased to have Julie as our agent! She helped us with the sale of our condo, and also through the search and purchase of our new home. She was always very professional, and provided unbiased advice when needed, while not necessarily not pushing us one way or the other. Both processes were very smooth. She was also extremely responsive whenever we contacted her, answering any questions or setting up showings as quickly as possible. Highly recommend Julie!
