I found myself needing to sell my mothers house more sooner than later. I found her mailer in my mothers mail and thought what the heck. Julie was an absolute professional from our first contact through the closing. She gave me an honest assessment of the property and promptly got to work. She developed a comprehensive marketing plan and got the listing off the ground in short order. After less than a week of going live, the property had nine offers. We discussed the merits of the different offers and went with what we thought would end up with the quickest closing. If I ever need to complete another real estate transaction, there will be no need to contact anyone else but her. Could not be any more satisfied with how things went. A+, friendly and personable too!
