Writing this review little late because Julie Roback was helping my wife and I between September 2019 and January 2020. Julie helped us sell and purchase a home all at the same time with no hickups along the way ! Something that seemed impossible with our previous realtor, Julie made very easy and stress free. She helped us get the price we wanted for our sale and promoted the home in best way with professional pictures that made our house more appealing than it already was. As far home searching and purchase it was fun home shopping with Julie, she knew exactly what we were looking for and pointed us towards the right home that we absolutely love. Julie has helped us buy 2 homes now and sold our first in six days. She is fantastic! I always found it so impressive she would come by every Christmas and drop off a little gift and say hello and catch up. For her it's not just about the sale it's about building long term relationships. She has a keen eye for real estate and is a great partner buying and selling. Julie is a wonderful relator! She gave my small property as much attention as my friends have received for their more expensive homes. She went above and beyond what I expected. I had to move out of state and my water heater leaked. Julie had the problem fixed immediately for me. Because of the leak, my closing got postponed by four months- but Julie never made me feel like I was a hassle to her! She kept up with the property for me & kept me informed as well as made sure I understood what was going on with the lawyers. I feel extremely blessed to have had Julie on my side during this process!

Julie was amazing to work with. We were moving from Milwaukee to Chicago. She helped us narrow in on a suburb, then a neighborhood. She was open and honest with us guiding us to make a wonderful choice for our family and financially. We had a newborn with us and she was always flexible. The next year when we un expectantly we're moving out of state, she was right there. Guiding us to price the house fair, calming my nerves, and giving advice for when to put pressure on and when to give a little bit. What could have been a really stressful time was made so much better by her and really her guidance to buy the right house is the first place.
