Prior to listing our house with Julie we did some analysis on some of the top Realtors in the area. We considered two main criteria's, based on the last few months sales what Realtor was able to sell the house in the shortest period of time and what Realtor was able to get a Sale price closet to the Asking price. Julie came in first in that analysis. So after talking with Julie we decided to list with her. Well, she beat her past averages and the house was off the market in about three days and the closing price was pretty close to the asking price. We actually had multiple offers on the house, this is especially remarkable given the tough market conditions in this somewhat upscale neighborhood. Julie has sound knowledge of market conditions, had excellent advise on how to stage the house, is great to work with and is highly dependable and trustworthy.

Julie Roback was my real estate agent in four separate transactions over the last 5 years. Most recently she sold my townhome in downtown Wheaton and helped my fiance and me find a single family home to purchase in Western Springs. Whether purchasing or selling, I have always felt that Julie has done a tremendous job.
